Standard delivery for Home Heating Oil, Calor Gas & Solid Fuels is within 5 working days from us receiving your order, however we will normally deliver your order well within this timeframe.
Click & Collect is not available for Home Heating Oil, Calor Gas or Solid Fuels. These are available for Cash & Carry in retail sized packages from our Cash & Carry at 8a Portmuck Road, Islandmagee, BT40 3TW.

Home & Garden Products Delivery Information
We will dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You should receive your parcel approximately 1-3 working days after despatch, however please allow up to 5 working days, following despatch, for your parcel to reach you.
We are currently shipping throughout Northern Ireland. The cost of shipping is dependent on the weight of your parcel. Standard shipping is £5.95, however heavier and larger items may incur shipping costs between £10.95 and £29.95 dependent on the goods ordered.
We also offer a free click and collect service. Please select the pick up option at check out. We will send you an email to let you know your order is ready for collection. Click & Collect is not available for Home Heating Oil, Calor Gas or Solid Fuels. These are available for Cash & Carry in retail sized packages from our Cash & Carry at 8a Portmuck Road, Islandmagee, BT40 3TW.
If you would like delivery to another part of the world please email us at orders@tweedfuels.co.uk and we will try our best to get something organised for you.
Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for failed delivery if you give alternative delivery instructions to the courier (e.g. to leave the parcel with a neighbour). If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to a wrong/incomplete address being given or you are not available to accept delivery, then you will be responsible for the cost of having the item re-dispatched.
